As you know Derrick, when we met we had had our property on the market for some time with no results.  The market was down and things were looking pretty grim!

 

You did you homework and came back to us with a marketing plan which was well thought out, flexible and made sense.

 

Most of all it was proactive instead of waiting around for something to happen.

 

During the execution of the marketing plan you were diligent in communicating regularly with us and best of all, remained positive, optimistic and extremely nice to work with.  Your professional interaction with clients was of an exceptionally high standard.

 

I can't emphasise enough how important this was to us as we were dealing with an interstate move at the same time.

 

The day of the auction was well-organised, professional and went very smoothly with an outstanding sale achieved under the hammer!

 A quick note to say thankyou for you efforts in the sale of our property.  Given I am based in Melbourne your communication was great, it kept us up to date and in touch with what was happening up north.  The time frame of turnaround from listing the property to a conditional sale was very quick and in these economic times a great outcome.  The no price method of marketing obviously proved effective and I am sure left the options of price far more open thus we were able to negotiate a great price outcome.

 Also your assistance and extremely quick sale of the property our contract was “conditional” on (one week) was a fantastic relief to us.
